SANFORD, FLORIDA
SEMINOLE HIGH SCHOOL
ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

Welcome to Sanford, Florida's Seminole High School Alumni Association! This isn’t just a website it's a powerful legacy.

Through the SHS COMSAC (Seminole High School Community and Student Action Committee), we honor the past by building a better future. Thanks to alumni & supporters like you, we’ve awarded over 500 scholarships to help SHS students start strong — in college, careers, and life.

This is your invitation home. You didn’t just go to high school. You built a bond — with classmates, coaches, teachers, and traditions that shaped your life. Whether you graduated in 1950 or 2025, you’re a part of this legacy still going strong.

This is your chance to reconnect, to remember, to make an impact!

Seminole High shaped your future. Now you can shape someone else's. Your support for the SHS COMSAC scholarship fund continues the tradition of alumni helping alumni. Education changes lives, and nearly two-thirds of four-year students earn their degree within six years. Your gift helps them begin that journey. As a thank-you, you'll receive The Seminole magazine to see the difference you're making.

SHS COMSAC

In 1990, Karen Whigham Coleman and SHS Principal Wayne Epps founded SHS COMSAC and "The Seminole" magazine as a means of reaching out to SHS alumni and the Sanford community to support and recognize the value of education for everyone in our community. The Seminole magazine continues to share the success stories of SHS COMSAC scholarships recipients and alumni.
